Orders placed before 12pm Eastern are typically printed and shipped the same business day. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Economy shipping (2–5 business days) is free on orders of $25 or more, and $4.99 otherwise. For most order sizes, faster options are available at checkout: Priority (1–3 business days) from $12.99 and Express (2 business days) from $19.99, with the exact price based on the size of your order.
Everything is printed on standard Letter (8.5″ × 11″) paper. Your PDF doesn't have to be Letter-sized — if its pages are another size (like Legal or A4), we scale each one to fit a Letter sheet and show you the result before you pay. JPG and PNG photos and scans work the same way: each one is placed on a Letter sheet.
Yes. We use Stripe, an industry standard, to process all payments securely. We do not store or see your credit card details.
